Betsy Roll was born in southern Ohio and graduated from Cleveland State University
with a B.A. in Art Education. She has done postgraduate studies at Kent State University
and Lake Erie College. Betsy taught art in the public schools for 6 years before
founding the Stained Pane in 1987. She has been working in stained glass for over
30 years. The Stained Pane moved to its current expanded location in the fall of 2000.
